With honey and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon of water

 

Step 1: boil the water.

Step 2: pour the boiled water over the cinnamon. Cover the bowl.

Step 3: after 30 minutes add the honey.

 

Take it ½ in the morning and ½ in the evening on an empty stomach.

Repeat for 2 months.
